Monki x Lunette x The Cup Collaboration

Monki x Lunette x The Cup is an amazing collaboration and aims to help girls stay in school

I’m a huge fan of reusable menstrual products and an even bigger fan of the menstrual cup brand, Lunette. It’s no secret that they’re one of my fave cup brands and I love their unapologetic attitude towards tackling taboos. So it was no surprise to me when they announced a collab that would benefit a worthy cause.

Monki x Lunette x The Cup

Lunette have collaborated with Swedish brand Monki and a non profit called The Cup Org. For this kickass collab, Lunette and Monki have created a hot pink menstrual cup which is limited edition. Not only that, but 5000 of these cups are being donated to The Cup Org who are working directly with girls in a slum out in Kenya.

Tackling Taboos With Period Positive Merchandise

Despite the wave of period positivity that’s swept across the internet, periods are still very much taboo. Monki is kicking back with the message that periods are cool, ‘cos they are. To help spread this message they’ve created some cool period swag such as undies that have the slogan ‘Periods are cool. Period’ and Power Pussy. There are also cute pin badges available and funky tees.

Want To Snag A Limited Edition Menstrual Cup?

If you’re interested in supporting the cause and snagging a limited edition hot pink Lunette, then hop over to the Monki website. You’ll also find other cool period merchandise on the site, too.

You can also check out my review of the Lunette menstrual cup if you’re curious.

Will you be buying this limited edition cup or merchandise?

It’s so nice to see companies working together on projects like this. I use a menstrual cup already but I kinda want to get my hands on one of these just to support it.

This looks fab. I’ve only tried the mooncup, it was the only one I had heard of when I started using them but I’m big fan of menstrual cups, the bright pink is pretty cool

I love how brands like these are stepping up and helping to normalize periods, finally! I can’t personally use cups but I always recommend them to people who are looking for an alternative to disposables. Xx

I’ve heard really good things about these cups. If I were to go back to my teenage self I’d totally recommend them.

What a fantastic collaboration. I am still not convinced about the cup personally but I can see why women use it. I amy read more into it though. Thanks for sharing x
