Inlight Beauty Super-Food Mask Review

The Inlight Super-Food Face Mask is full of antioxidants which are great for anti aging and helping to restore dull skin

Inlight Beauty is a luxurious green skincare brand based in Cornwall. Behind the brand is a fantastic Doctor called Dr Spiezia who co-founded the brand and formulates the products. If you recognise the name, that’ll be because Dr Spiezia is considered to be the Father of the Organic Beauty Movement here in the UK.

After discovering Inlight Beauty on Instagram, I became very curious about their products and decided to try them out. Since I am a huge lover of face masks, I purchased their highly praised Super-Food Mask.

About The Inlight Beauty Super-Food Mask

The Super-Food mask is 100% organic, cruelty free and suitable for vegetarians. It’s packed full of some amazing skin loving ingredients such as:

  • Spirulina
  • Baobab
  • Rose Seed Oil
  • Carrot Root
  • Barley Leaf

The mask is great for helping to revive dull skin and draws out impurities. It’s fantastic for tackling spots due to the high antioxidant activity, and can also help to instantly improve hydration and elasticity.

The super-food face mask helps reduce inflammation and redness from blemishes

Super-Food Mask Review

When my order arrived, I was a little concerned about the size of the jar. Although I knew I was expecting a 25ml jar, it just seemed like barely any product. But, as I’ve come to find with decent green skincare brands, a little goes a long way. A thin layer is all that’s needed with this mask.

Application was really easy and the mask came with a super cute little wooden spatula to remove the product from the jar.

This mask is oil based so there’s no drying out whilst it’s on your face, which I really like. I left the mask on for 20 mins to get the full benefit and at no point did my skin get irritated. Removal is super easy using lukewarm water and a soft muslin face cloth.

The website recommends to use the super-food mask weekly, which is something I tried with fantastic results. I found that my breakouts healed up a lot quicker than usual with inflammation going down almost immediately after using the mask. The ingredients in the super-food mask brought much needed nourishment and hydration to my skin which, as someone with malnutrition, I desperately need.

Final Thoughts

The Super-Food mask is one of my absolute favourites and I find myself reaching for it frequently. My skin looks much brighter and feels softer after use. The gentle exfoliation is great for removing dead and dry skin without causing any irritation to my sensitive skin.

If you have normal, dry or sensitive skin then this mask would be ideal for you. I would definitely recommend this to anyone whose skin is in need of a pick me up and much needed nourishment.

That sounds like a great mask. I know what you mean, I have come to find that a little bit of quality product is much better than loads of mediocre product!
